I’d say the overall experience of training and onboarding was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the instructions and labels inside the software generally made sense, especially when it came to the big-picture steps like starting the dialer or managing the database. That helped me feel not completely lost as I navigated through the initial setup. But on the other hand, some terminology used in the training material was confusing or not what I expected. That led to a few moments during the onboarding when I had to pause and figure out what exactly they meant, which slowed me down. The payment and invoicing processes seemed fine enough and the automatic updates weren’t disruptive, so that was a plus. In short, it felt functional but not perfectly smooth or intuitive. Some parts showed attention to detail, but the wording in places could’ve been a bit clearer to a newcomer like me. Overall, it felt like a decent system that just needed a little more polish around how it communicates with users early on.
