Mixed feelings about invoicing process—quick but complicated start
I found the invoicing and billing setup process somewhat slow and complicated at first, which was frustrating given my eagerness to start using the software fully. It took a while to understand the payment schedules and reconcile the invoices sent to me, despite support providing some guidance. On the other hand, once I got past these initial hurdles, the actual payment transactions and subsequent invoice generations were quite efficient and timely, which was a relief. The delay and confusion at the beginning made me a bit skeptical, but I can appreciate that the system seemed reliable once operational. This contrast left me with mixed feelings overall, as the good aspects didn’t completely outweigh the tougher start. Still, I acknowledge that such setups tend to have a learning curve and that patience was ultimately necessary to get everything running smoothly.
