Mixed feelings about how the steps flowed
I came away from the whole process feeling a bit unsure mostly because the steps didn’t always follow a clear sequence. The sign-up was quick, and the initial payment portion was unproblematic. But when it came to training and then adjusting to the software, I wasn’t sure if I jumped the gun or should have spent more time reading before logging in. The order of steps felt a little scattered. For example, I was introduced to the dialer before really understanding the database component, which seemed a bit backwards. This meant I had to circle back more than once to catch up on missed details. I think if the process were laid out in a straightforward, logical order, I would have felt more confident earlier in using the tool’s features. The ability to call support was a plus, but I often found myself wondering if the sequence of steps was designed with the user’s learning curve in mind or just from a technical standpoint. That lingering doubt stuck with me throughout onboarding and early use.
