I initially thought getting started with WFHI would be a smooth process, but it took longer than I expected. The sign-up was okay, and payments went through without much hassle, which I appreciated. However, the actual onboarding felt drawn out and not as intuitive as I had hoped. The training materials were there, but sometimes I wasn’t sure which modules to prioritize, and the database feature felt a bit complicated to integrate with my usual workflow. On a positive note, the dialer worked reliably once I figured out how to set it up, and I found the automatic updates helpful because they kept improving the software without any interruptions. Still, the telephonic support was sometimes slow to respond, which added to my frustration early on. Comparing to what I expected, it was a bit of a wait before I could really use the calling tools efficiently, and that delayed progress. I guess if you have prior experience with such software, it might feel less of a hurdle, but for someone new, the flow wasn’t as smooth as promised. Despite all this, I do recognize there was some helpfulness in the payment and invoicing setup, which at least gave me confidence in the administrative side. Overall, my experience was mixed since I appreciated some features but found the initial getting going process unnecessarily long and confusing.
