I had a balanced experience using WFHI’s platform. On one hand, the software itself is pretty solid and the database integration helped organize my workflow once I finally set it up. But the onboarding and training took longer than I expected, which was frustrating initially because I wanted to get on calls right away using the dialer. There were multiple steps and some waiting time for support responses that slowed me down. On the other hand, when the tech support did respond, they helped clarify the tricky parts. The sign-up and invoicing process was pretty straightforward, so at least that part didn’t cause delays. Overall, the system works fine but getting fully operational can take patience. If I were to do this again, I might prepare better for the initial wait and training, knowing it’s not instant access like some other tools. Still, I do think it’s worth it once you’re up and running.
