Mixed feelings about finding exactly what I needed
I found the initial sales process somewhat mixed. On one hand, the website and the sales team provided decent information about the software and its capabilities. It was easy enough to understand the general features, such as the calling tools and the integration with remote workflows. However, when it came to specifics that I personally needed – especially more about the database feature and how to tailor it to my exact workflow – it didn’t feel as clear. The onboarding mentioned most of this but not in deep detail, which left me to figure out some parts on my own. The sign-up and invoicing steps were straightforward and didn't cause issues, so at least that part felt efficient. I also noticed the automatic updates running in the background, but I wasn’t totally sure if any recent changes affected my usual workflow. Support was easy to reach but mostly proactive follow-up was limited. Overall, I'd say the sales and pre-purchase phase did its job in general, though I could have benefitted from more detailed and personalized guidance before committing.
