Mixed feelings about billing, might try again
The billing and payment process was... Well, it had its ups and downs. Initially, invoices arrived promptly and were easy to understand which made paying on time a breeze. However, I found the communication around payment options a little confusing at first. I called support a few times, and while they were generally responsive, sometimes getting a clear answer took longer than I liked. At one point, I had to explain my issue more than once, which was frustrating but ultimately resolved. That said, the people I spoke to were polite and helpful overall, and once the hang of it was there, the process went smoothly. Considering everything, I might still go through this again if I need to renew or buy another product, but I would prepare myself for some patience and double-checking details the hard way.
