Mixed feelings about access and software
The software's access and usability brought both relief and frustration. On one hand, I appreciated that it allowed me to log in from various devices without constant passwords or hurdles, which made the workflow smoother on busy days. The database feature was accessible and aligned well with how I organize client information. On the other hand, I encountered some repeated delays during the calling dialer setup, which forced me to restart the app multiple times in one session. This repetition was quite inconvenient and hindered my ability to maximize productivity during peak hours. At times, waiting for the dashboard to load was longer than expected, and that waiting impacted my efficiency. Still, the presence of automatic updates meant that I often had fresh features or bug fixes without having to manually intervene, which was helpful to maintain software health. Overall, my experience was neither completely satisfactory nor disappointing; the software holds promise but glitches around accessibility and response times detract somewhat from that potential. I am left with a mixed verdict: the software works sufficiently but has performance issues that need addressing to fully meet practical remote working needs.
