Mixed feeling about clarity due to confusing labels
I approached the sales materials eager to understand the product and how it would align with my needs. The content was generally informative but I found some of the wording and labels used within the pre-purchase interface quite ambiguous. At times, it was unclear if certain features referred to called “Database” implied just storage or if it included real-time updates. This caused some hesitation before committing, as I wasn’t entirely sure if monthly invoicing meant automatic payment or manual action. On the positive side, the sign-up and payment process itself was straightforward once I moved past the terminology issue. The support team answered my pre-purchase questions adequately but some of their responses also leaned on internal jargon, which didn’t help remove confusion fully. Overall, I appreciated the level of detail presented, but clearer labels and definitions would significantly improve the user experience and avoid frustration among prospective customers with no technical background.
