Mixed Experience: Some Support, Some Self-Help Needed
I found the WFHI software quite useful overall, but I did have to figure out a couple of things on my own. For example, when setting up the database feature, the instructions weren’t very detailed, so I had to spend quite a bit of time experimenting to get it working how I wanted. On the plus side, the calling tools and dialer worked reliably across the week, which saved me a lot of hassle. The onboarding flow was lazy at times and I had to go back and review some training materials multiple times. Telephonic support was mostly helpful but sometimes involved waiting and wasn’t always able to answer all my questions immediately. As for the sign-up and payment process, it was straightforward and there were no hidden surprises in the invoice. Automatic updates occasionally led to interface changes I wasn’t expecting, but the training sessions helped me adapt quickly. Overall, this combination of helpful tools and some gaps made my experience a bit of a mixed bag, although I can see the potential for improvement with better initial guidance and more proactive support.
