Mixed experience: onboarding partially effortless
So I went through the WFHI training and onboarding expecting a fairly straightforward process but found myself having to figure out quite a bit on my own. The initial signup felt smooth, and the invoicing part was clear enough with stepwise guidelines. However, when it came to actually customizing the calling tools and configuring the dialer, I ran into some gaps in the training material. For example, there was a moment when I had to contact support because the automated updates seemed to reset some of my settings unexpectedly – something I hadn’t quite anticipated. The telephonic support later helped clarify those issues, which was good, though it took a while to get the right assistance. Database features generally worked fine, syncing contacts although some integration steps were not well detailed in training. Overall, I think the onboarding was okay but with patches I handled myself after some trial and error. It would be better if certain sections were more explicit, especially around managing updates affecting workflow. But the combined software and the help offered made the process workable, even if not perfectly smooth. So my verdict is pretty neutral, with some positives but noticeable room for improvement.
