Mixed Experience but Overall Okayish Feeling
When I went through the sales and pre-purchase process, I noticed some differences compared to the other platform I had used. Initially, things seemed pretty straightforward with clear details on what the software offered. The sign-up and payment parts were smoother and more transparent than before. However, the detailed explanations from the sales team felt a little rushed at times and sometimes I felt like I was missing a full picture of how the database and calling tools would integrate day-to-day. Onboarding materials were more comprehensive here though, so navigating through the training was less stressful. I appreciated the telephonic support availability but felt the response times could be quicker. The automatic updates are definitely a plus, as I didn’t have to worry about manual software upgrades. Overall, the whole process felt a bit mixed — some parts better, some parts needing improvement. My take is that this experience was neither frustrating nor super smooth, but somewhere in the middle, which means I found it okayish but not perfect enough to call it great right away.
