Initially, the sign-up and payment process went smoothly without any major hiccups. I received the invoice promptly and was able to make the payment using the options provided without issues. However, over the subsequent weeks when I accessed my billing details to check past payments and update information, I found the dashboard a bit glitchy. On a couple of occasions, the invoice history did not load properly and I had to refresh several times. The automatic payment reminders worked as expected which I appreciated. Despite those glitches, telephonic support was able to guide me through payment-related queries reasonably well without long wait times. While the day-to-day billing interface could use some improvement, I would consider using their system again mainly because the initial steps were quite straightforward and the support accessible. Hopefully, future software updates will address the minor problems I encountered in the daily use of the billing feature.
