Mixed bag with support, some parts smooth others tricky
When I first started using the support services, I noticed a blend of helpful and less helpful moments. Telephonic support was there, but in a couple of cases, I had to figure out solutions myself because either the wait time was long or the answers weren’t very clear. The priority assistance line helped with urgent queries but it wasn’t always instant, so I often resorted to the software’s FAQ and other training materials to get by. On the positive side, the automatic updates to the system worked silently in the background, which meant less manual fixing on my end. The invoicing and payment process was fairly straightforward after I passed the initial signup. However, the calling tools could sometimes freeze randomly during dialer use, which was frustrating. That said, the database feature was quite intuitive and it did save me time organizing my contacts once I got the hang of it. So I’d say the support experience overall was okay but you definitely need to be somewhat self-sufficient to navigate through occasional hiccups.
