Missing the simplicity from previous tools
Compared to what I used before, this software has some really solid features that I appreciated right away, like the call dialer integration and the automatic updates which kept everything fresh. The training sessions also felt more interactive than the dry tutorials I had seen elsewhere. However, I missed the simplicity of the previous platforms I was used to. This feels a bit more complex and takes time to get used to. The database part especially seemed kind of cluttered compared to what I had before. So while I’m liking the new features, I do wish there was a cleaner, simpler version for quick setups, or maybe an option to customize the interface more easily.
