Missing the basics when things went wrong
I was genuinely optimistic about the software's promise to handle remote workflows smoothly, but my experience was disappointing especially when errors cropped up. The interface seemed user-friendly at first, yet when something did not function as expected, I found the options to troubleshoot or revert changes quite limited. The automatic updates, which I thought would help keep everything running without my intervention, actually caused more confusion by changing elements I hadn't prepared for. I often had to restart parts of my setup because of these sudden changes, and that disrupted my workflow badly. On the plus side, the dialer tool performed alright during calls, and I could at least make straightforward contact without further issues. But overall, the feeling was that the software lacked robust fallback mechanisms. For a platform selling itself on remote work support, this gap felt like a critical flaw. I had hoped the onboarding and training might help, but they didn't cover contingency plans extensively. This missing piece meant I was often left uncertain about whether to call support, and when I did, I wasn't always confident they'd assist effectively. I need a system I can rely on, and sadly here, that confidence was missing for me.
