Missing the basics for day-to-day usability
I originally had some hope that this software and training setup would become a reliable part of my daily work routine, but unfortunately it consistently failed to meet those expectations. Day after day, I encountered glitches with the dialer and the database syncing was often unreliable. The automatic updates, which I expected would improve functionality, seemed to cause more issues or forced me to relearn capped features all over again. Onboarding promised clear guidance, but in reality, the flow was confusing and I had to spend extra time trying to piece together information that should have been straightforward. Even the sign-up and billing process, which should be routine, felt cumbersome and lacked transparency about the status of payments. Telephonic support was available but didn’t always offer practical solutions, leaving me frustrated more than once. Over time, the experience became more about troubleshooting than actual productive use. For a product that targets remote workflows, I found it surprisingly unreliable and the absence of consistent daily functionality was a major letdown. I wish the product had focused more on making the basics work smoothly at the outset because without that foundation, everything else felt secondary.
