I found the sales and pre-purchase process to be generally smooth, with clear invoices and an easy sign-up flow. However, I felt that the initial information about the various software features and training options could have been more detailed. This would have helped me understand exactly what to expect before purchasing, and perhaps avoid some minor confusion during onboarding. Despite that, the staff was willing to clarify my doubts when I reached out, which was reassuring. If I decide to purchase again in the future, I might require similar support to navigate those early questions, as the pre-purchase materials left me wanting a bit more.
