Missing some clarity compared to previous tools
Compared to the remote workflow software I used before, WFHI has some clear advantages and some drawbacks. The onboarding flow is smoother now, which I appreciated, because earlier I had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to start using the system. However, the calling tools feel a bit less intuitive and don’t have all the dialer options I was used to. The database feature is straightforward but lacks some of the filtering and searching capabilities I had relied on previously. What really stood out positively was the automatic updates that happen seamlessly, something I didn’t have before. On the flip side, telephonic support was inconsistent in terms of response time, which was frustrating on a few occasions. The invoicing and payment process was slightly more confusing too, compared with my prior experience. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—the software has some strong points but could benefit from more detailed guidance and feature enhancements. If you’ve used similar tools before, you might find this lacking in some areas, but it does have useful aspects to build on.
