Missing quicker ramp-up in training affected me
I expected to get started much faster with the onboarding training than what actually happened. The process took longer than I had anticipated, mainly because some of the basic steps weren’t covered in as much detail as I needed. Compared to other platforms I tried before, this one seemed to assume a higher baseline knowledge, which left me fumbling early on. I also found some of the explanations on the calling tools and database a bit vague initially, so it slowed down my progress quite a bit. I was hoping for a more streamlined and accelerated introduction so I could jump into active use sooner. Instead, I had to spend extra time figuring out functional details on my own and reaching out to support several times for clarifications. Overall, the longer ramp-up was disappointing because it delayed my workflow integration, whereas I expected a smoother start.
