Missing options for flexible working hours

The training and onboarding covered most of the material I needed to understand the software, but I did notice one important thing missing: how to better adapt the system for different working hours. While the dialer and calling tools worked fine during regular office hours, there wasn’t much guidance on managing workflows that operate earlier or later than that. The setup was quite rigid in this regard, which meant I had to manually adjust some settings weekly instead of having automated support for varied hours. This meant extra effort on my part, which felt unnecessary once I had the experience to know what was needed. On the positive side, the initial training was clear about basic features and helped me get started quickly, so that was good. But the lack of flexibility in handling actual hours of work was a notable gap that could be addressed to improve user fit.
