Missing ongoing support details during training was a letdown

When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I was hoping for a clear division between what I needed to do once to set things up and what support would keep happening over time. Unfortunately, the training focused heavily on the initial setup and didn’t give enough explanation about ongoing assistance or updates after that. It felt like I was left uncertain about how much help I could expect after going through the onboarding. I found myself having to guess when to seek help or how the automatic updates would affect my workflow weeks later. The initial setup was definitely well organized, and I understood the software basics quickly, but this gap in explaining what was one-off and what was continuous support made me less confident about moving forward. Some telephonic support was available, but I wished the training had included more about how to handle problems after the initial start. So overall, while I could manage to work with the system, I believe the onboarding could improve by making post-setup help clearer and more evident from the beginning.
