Missing logical sequence made it harder
I tried reaching out to telephonic support as I was setting up the software and going through the onboarding flow. Initially, I thought their assistance was quite prompt and they seemed knowledgeable. However, the way they guided me was not in a sensible order. At first, they asked me unrelated questions without understanding my exact setup issue, and the steps to fix problems were scattered. Sometimes I was told to check the dialer settings, other times the database, but without a proper sequence. On one call, I was asked to try resetting the software before even verifying the core database setup, which felt inefficient. While the representatives were polite and seemed willing, the communication lacked a clear structure, which made troubleshooting frustrating. On the other hand, I appreciate that they didn’t rush me and explained some basics, but there was always a gap in connecting steps properly. At the end, what I really missed was a clear, step-by-step path outlined in advance or during calls. Without that, it felt like I was navigating blindly, repeating some checks unnecessarily. For a software requiring integrations and careful onboarding, a sensible order to communication and support steps is crucial. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here and it led me to feel stuck more than supported.
