Missing key steps in the training sequence made me confused

From my experience with the WFHI training and onboarding, I found that the order in which the steps were presented didn't always make sense. For example, right after setting up my access to the software, I was expected to jump into using the dialer tool without a proper introduction or demonstration. This disconnect led to some confusion since I wasn't clear on how the calling tools worked alongside the database. The rest of the training was somewhat vague, scattered with bits of information but lacking a coherent flow that would tie everything together. I do remember that the sign-up and invoicing parts were handled fairly smoothly, which was a relief. However, the lack of a clear, step-by-step onboarding roadmap meant that I had to figure out essential workflows mostly on my own. The telephonic support was just okay but didn't bridge the gaps in training effectively. It felt like some of the fundamental setup information was missing, and although I managed to get started eventually, I wished the sequence was a bit more thoughtfully designed to reduce guesswork and frustration.
