Missing key features to easily find what I needed
With the software, I found some parts to be user-friendly, like the basic dashboard and the dialer. However, when it comes to searching within the database, it was often quite difficult to locate specific records or organize information in a way that suited my workflow. The absence of more advanced filtering options and intuitive navigation tools meant significant time was spent scrolling or guessing where data might be. On the positive side, automatic updates appeared regularly, which kept the software from becoming outdated, but they did not enhance the search capabilities noticeably. Also, the help resources were decent, but I felt some clear tutorials covering search functions could have made a big difference. Overall, although the software offers important functions, the challenge of retrieving needed data easily detracted considerably from its practical usefulness in my daily tasks.
