Missing key features made switching a bad call

I was expecting this software to be a smooth upgrade from what I used previously, but it missed several essential features that I relied on daily. The interface felt cluttered compared to the earlier platform, making navigation frustrating right from login. When using the dialer, call drops happened more than I anticipated, and there was no obvious way to diagnose or fix the issues quickly. The database functionality felt limited; I couldn’t customize views and filters as flexibly as before. Automatic updates occasionally disrupted ongoing workflows by forcing restarts at inconvenient times. Signing up and the payment process were standard, but that was not enough to make up for the shortcomings. Telephonic support was slow and unhelpful regarding my specific problems, so I often had to resort to self-troubleshooting. All these things combined made the experience worse than my previous setup, and I ended up wasting more time trying to get things to work than actually working. I wanted a better remote working tool, but this fell short in crucial ways.
