Missing features made daily use tough
Using the WFHI software day by day revealed some gaps that I wish were addressed. Although setup and onboarding were okay initially, the software lacked some key features that would've made remote workflow management easier. For instance, the calling tools and dialer sometimes acted sluggish during busy periods, which disrupted smooth operation. Additionally, the database interface felt outdated compared to other software I've tried; it wasn’t very intuitive and occasionally behaved unpredictably when accessing larger datasets. Automatic updates were present but didn’t seem to improve the core functionality significantly. Customer support, while reachable, often could only provide generic advice rather than concrete troubleshooting based on my day-to-day issues. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, which was one positive aspect, but the overall software experience felt like it was missing vital components I expected to be standard. Due to these shortcomings, I found that working remotely through WFHI was occasionally frustrating rather than seamless. I hope future versions add those missing functionalities to truly cater to everyday practical needs of remote work.
