Missing features in the software access made things harder
I found the software access somewhat disappointing because when things went wrong, the software didn’t offer sufficient guidance on error resolution. I was hoping it would handle common issues smoothly, but instead I had to figure out most problems myself. The lack of clear notifications or suggestions when errors occurred left me confused at times. The one thing I will grant is that once I managed to guess the right steps, the software held up reasonably well for daily tasks. But the initial approach when facing problems was frustrating, especially as the software did not offer much help to navigate or recover from failures automatically. I was hoping for a more user-friendly error handling system that could perhaps offer troubleshooting options within the software environment. Overall, I found the software to work as expected in normal use, but when errors happened, the support through the software itself was missing and I had to rely on external help. That was not ideal and I felt a little let down because a little more proactive problem management would have improved my experience significantly.
