missing features i really needed

Honestly I thought this software would save me time but it’s been nothing but a headache every day. Day one was okay but then each day after that it just got worse. The dialer sometimes busy and sometimes it just won’t connect at all, which is crazy frustrating when you have back-to-back calls planned. The database is supposed to help keep contacts organized but it’s really clunky and missing basic sorting features I need to work efficiently. Automatic updates are annoying too since they happen without any clear notice and sometimes reset parts of my settings. I tried calling support a few times but half the time it took forever to get through and they didn’t really have answers for the issues I was facing. The invoicing and payment process was simple enough but after that, the whole user experience felt incomplete. I kept expecting improvements but didn’t see much change over a week’s time. The onboarding was rushed and kinda confusing, the training didn’t explain a lot of things I needed to know like navigating new updates or managing calls during busy hours. Generally, it feels like a half-baked product that’s missing the basics for day-to-day use. I’m pretty disappointed that my workflow actually got slower using wfhi software. Overall, the tools just didn’t deliver what I thought they would after signing up, and honestly I don’t think it’s ready for anyone who needs reliable software for remote workflows.
