Missing features hurt the initial sale feeling
When I first signed up, I expected the software to be more complete in terms of its sales and pre-purchase features. The onboarding process promised an easy setup and clear access to all tools needed for workflows but missed the mark on several fronts. For example, the calling tools were not as intuitive as I imagined, and some of the database features felt incomplete or unclear. I did appreciate the automatic updates, which seemed to improve the system somewhat over my trial week, but it wasn’t enough to keep me fully satisfied. The invoicing and payment flow, at least, worked without issues, so that part matched my expectations. However, the lack of detailed guidance during onboarding left me confused for a while, making the start harder than it should have been. I think the tools need polishing before I can feel confident recommending this product fully. The support staff was generally polite on calls but slow to respond to priority queries I raised. Overall, the product didn’t quite match the expectations as built up before signing up. It’s just missing key features and clearer info to make it truly useful from the get-go.
