Missing essential features for true confidence
I started using the WFHI software mainly to manage my remote team’s workflow and hoped it would simplify the process. The onboarding flow was straightforward enough, and getting access to the software wasn’t complicated. The calling tools worked decently during the initial week, but there were significant gaps when it came to integrating the database feature with our existing system. Also, automatic updates were supposed to improve the experience, but in my case, they brought some unexpected glitches, which were frustrating. Telephonic support was reachable, yet the responses sometimes felt generic, leaving some of my queries only partially addressed. What really held me back was the lack of detailed customization options for the dialer and insufficient training on advanced features, which made the software feel less flexible than I anticipated. By the end, I wasn’t confident about fully relying on it for our remote workflows since these missing aspects limited how well it could support us daily. Invoicing and payment processes were smooth enough, but that was a minor comfort compared to the core software limitations. Overall, while it did do the basic job, the missing critical features and occasional glitches meant I was left doubting whether this was the right solution for comprehensive remote work management.
