Missing clear steps order made software confusing to use
I found the software access process to be quite poorly organized, which made using it more frustrating than helpful. The biggest issue was that the steps for setting up the software, especially for the dialer and database features, were presented out of a sensible order. For instance, I was expected to connect the dialer before completely setting up my database, which caused confusion when contacts didn’t sync properly. The training material didn’t make this sequencing clearer either, leaving me unsure what to prioritize. Additionally, the sign-up and payment processes came before I fully understood how the software worked, which felt premature. Automatic updates sometimes changed layouts and settings unexpectedly, adding to the disjointed feel. While telephonic support was available, I spent extra time on the phone trying to figure out why things weren’t working as expected rather than following a logical progression from beginner to advanced features. Had the access steps been structured in a more straightforward and logical sequence, I believe my experience would have been more productive and less stressful from the start.
