Missing Clear Steps Compared to Previous Tools

Compared to other software solutions I have used, WFHI's pre-purchase and sales process felt incomplete and somewhat confusing. The initial sign-up was fairly straightforward, but after that, the guidance on what to do next lacked clarity. In previous platforms, the steps to access training, set up dialers, and manage databases were well outlined, making it easy to follow. Here, I found the flow somewhat disjointed, and I was often unsure if I completed all necessary actions to be fully onboarded. Although the telephonic support was available, I found myself waiting several times before I could speak to someone, making the process slow. The invoicing and payment system appeared simple on paper, but without detailed walkthroughs or confirmations, I was hesitant about the transaction's success. Also, I expected automatic updates to be seamless; however, some updates unexpectedly changed the layout without clear notification, which made navigation harder initially. My small reservation is that the pre-purchase phase missed critical elements others included to reduce confusion and speed up onboarding. Overall, while WFHI shows good features, it could benefit from more structured communication and clearer instructions to make new customer journeys less frustrating and more predictable.
