Missing clear steps before purchase made it frustrating

My experience with the sales and pre-purchase steps was disappointing simply because something clear was missing. The initial explanation about the software features was quite basic and left out key details about what exactly I would need to do after signing up. It felt like the guidance about the onboarding schedule was incomplete or just skipped entirely. When I tried to ask questions, the responses were slow and unfocused, which made the whole process feel complicated instead of straightforward. I kept expecting a clear roadmap or step-by-step outline before committing, but it never appeared. Signing up felt rushed and I wasn’t sure about the order in which I was supposed to set things up or use the training. Without explicit instructions or a concise order of steps, it was confusing to figure out what to do next and whether I missed important parts. This gap put me off, and I found it hard to trust the process since the sequence wasn’t clear until much later.
