Missing clear step order made the sign-up confusing

I found the sales and pre-purchase steps didn’t follow an expected order, which caused me trouble in understanding how to properly start using the software. Usually, you’d expect a clear introduction, then details about features, then the paperwork, which would help in decision-making. But here, the information about the database feature and dialer seemed scattered and came too late after some invoicing details. This made it hard to review what exactly I was signing up for and delayed my onboarding process since I had to ask for clarifications multiple times. At no point was the workflow or help offered in a way that felt sequential or sensible, so I ended stuck trying to fix this myself.
