Missing clear labels on dashboard
I kept trying to understand the software setup but honestly, the labels and wording did not make sense to me. I was stuck figuring out what exactly each button meant, and it felt like the instructions assumed I already knew the system. There was no clear indication about what each step on the screen represented, or how to move forward, so I ended up going in circles. I expected something more intuitive, but maybe my expectations were too high? Either way, it frustrated me to go back repeatedly and still not get how the features worked or how to set up properly. This basic clarity is what was missing.
