Missing clear info on what I actually get before buying
Straight up, I found the pre-purchase information lacking when I was trying to decide if the WFHI software fit my needs. The website and sales materials didn’t clearly show how the software and training services differ, making it hard to figure out exactly what I was getting. Plus, some of the terminology in the descriptions was jargon-heavy, which meant I had to spend extra time researching or contacting support just to clarify basics. One thing I can say in their favor is that the telephonic assistance I reached out to was helpful once I connected, but the initial step to find the right info felt like wandering around a bit too much. There was no straightforward comparison chart or detailed breakdown of features versus hours billed or training content that matched my remote work pattern. That lack of transparency made me hesitant and slowed down my decision process. Even after signing up, I noticed the onboarding flow wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, but I’m giving credit for what’s available. Still, an improved pre-purchase experience would likely help customers avoid that frustrating back and forth before getting started.
