Missing clear info made decision difficult

Missing clear info made decision difficult

Before signing up, I expected a clear explanation of the software and training services, including a detailed outline of features and limitations. Unfortunately, the sales information was vague and did not cover everything I needed to know. The steps to get started felt incomplete compared to what I assumed, and I wasn’t sure how the calling tools and database features would actually perform day-to-day. Payment processes were not thoroughly explained, leaving me unsure about the invoicing system. While I hoped automatic updates and support would be straightforward, the pre-purchase info did not include those details fully. This gap made things hard to assess compared to other products I’d looked at, where explanations were clearer and more comprehensive. As a result, I felt uncertain and somewhat frustrated trying to figure out how much effort onboarding would require. More detailed and transparent pre-purchase information would have helped set the right expectations for me.
