Missing clear guidance when things didn’t go as planned
Training was supposed to prepare me for any issues, but honestly, when things went wrong it felt like there wasn’t much to turn to. The onboarding process didn’t include clear instructions on troubleshooting or what to do if certain steps failed. Waiting for telephonic support was sometimes frustrating because they often needed more time to investigate problems that the training should have anticipated. It seemed like basic contingencies weren’t covered well, leaving me to figure out some fixes on my own. The software itself worked okay mostly, but the support around handling failures wasn’t as good as I expected. I feel the process could improve with better preparation for errors or a clearer escalation path. This gap made the overall experience more tiring than it needed to be.
