Missing Clear Explanation of Subscription Options

Before my purchase, I found the sales and pre-purchase materials somewhat lacking in clarity. The wording around subscription plans and software features was vague, making it hard to understand exactly what I was getting with each package. There were labels used that seemed similar but apparently meant different things, which added to my confusion. There was no clear comparison chart or easily accessible explanation to help me decide which option suited my remote workflow needs best. Moreover, the invoicing terms and payment process details were not obvious until after signing up, which could put off potential users. I was particularly hoping for more transparency and better labelling so customers like me could be confident before committing. It was disappointing not to have that straightforward information readily available.
