missing clarity on setup types

missing clarity on setup types

When considering the sales and pre-purchase information, I found the material adequately explained what the software can do. It was clear which features are part of the initial setup and which require ongoing attention. However, what seemed to be missing was more detailed clarity on how much of the setup is truly one-off versus what demands continuous management. This distinction matters because it affects how much time and effort one must dedicate day to day. I appreciated that the sign-up process was straightforward and the invoicing clear, which helped set expectations early on. At the same time, the ongoing training modules and updates suggested that staying current with the software involved more commitment than I had anticipated. The calling tools and database functions also needed to be regularly calibrated and maintained, which the initial information only hinted at. While some aspects felt well structured, the lack of upfront explanation regarding the balance between initial and ongoing setup left me less confident and somewhat hesitant. I think a more thorough breakdown would benefit new customers in planning their engagement and resources better with this software.
