Missing clarity on key details made it confusing

I was generally disappointed by the way things were explained during the sales and pre-purchase stage. From my perspective, the information was scattered and at times vague, which did not help in making a confident decision. While I appreciated the availability of some resources and the attempt to cover the basics, the absence of a clear, step-by-step overview made it hard to grasp the full scope of what was included. Pricing structure, especially, felt complicated and I could not easily understand how recurring charges would work or what features were bundled together. There was also a lack of straightforward explanations about the product’s limitations and compatibility, which left me guessing whether this would fit my workflow. On a more positive note, the website’s layout was quite intuitive and some FAQs helped a bit in clearing doubts. However, overall, I felt the entire communication could have been more transparent and detailed, which would have certainly made my pre-purchase evaluation less frustrating. For a product aiming to support remote workflows efficiently, I think this part really needs a lot of improvement.
