Missing clarity made it confusing

Missing clarity made it confusing

I honestly found the wording and labels quite confusing in the sales and pre-purchase sections. Many of the terms used didn't align well with what I was setting up, especially within the onboarding flow. It felt like there was a mismatch between what I was trying to do and how the software was describing it. While I appreciated the automatic updates happening quietly in the background without disruption, that was about the only positive. The call tools and dialer instructions lacked clear labeling, so I kept second-guessing myself whether I was using them correctly. It would have been better if the interface had more straightforward, user-friendly terms and maybe some example scenarios to guide me. Overall, I was left wondering what exactly some features were supposed to accomplish during sign-up and invoicing. If the labels had made more sense, I could've felt more confident navigating the whole system and avoided that frustrating trial and error. This was disappointing because the promise felt good, but details just weren’t communicated well enough to make things click naturally.
