Missing basics in setup made me frustrated throughout
I started with high hopes but the whole software setup was quite disappointing. The initial installation was confusing, but I could have managed that if the onboarding process had been clearer. However, the problem was that most of the features I needed were either poorly explained or required constant adjustments. I tried using the dialer and calling tools, but unpredictable errors popped up. More than that, I found the database integration to be incomplete or buggy, and I didn’t get much guidance on how to fix it. The automatic updates were supposed to help, but in practice they seemed to break some functionality every time they ran. After a few attempts, I realized that much of the setup was ongoing rather than a one-off, which was something I was not ready for. I keep circling back to the same issue: the setup process should have been smoother and better supported so I wouldn’t keep running into the same roadblocks. Without that, the software is just a frustration.
