Missing basic functions I used before

I switched to WFHI’s software hoping it would at least match the calling tools I was used to, but honestly, it fell short in several ways. First, the access process was clunky compared to my previous platform — it sometimes kicked me out unexpectedly or failed to sync properly with the database, which was frustrating when handling multiple contacts. The interface is not as intuitive, and the dialer lacks a few key features like quick call transfers that I relied on before, making it slower to handle workflows. I also found that the automatic updates sometimes introduced bugs instead of fixing things, causing delays rather than improvements. While the training promised to be comprehensive, it didn’t properly prepare me for these issues, especially given the multiple steps needed for signing up and setting up. The invoicing and payment process, however, was handled at least in a straightforward manner, which was a minor plus. Overall, it feels like some crucial functionality has been left out, and honestly, it didn’t get the job done as I hoped.
