Missing a detailed invoice breakdown but felt confident overall
I felt pretty confident by the end of the billing and payments process thanks to how clearly invoices were presented on WFHI’s portal. Even though most of it was straightforward, I found myself wishing for a bit more detailed breakdown on some of the charges. It wasn’t always clear what every line item referred to, which left me circling back to the same question in my mind. Despite that, the payment transactions themselves went smoothly and securely, which gave me peace of mind about the whole system. The platform’s automatic updates reassured me that the billing features would remain up to date and reliable. I also liked that I could easily contact support if I had any doubts, although I rarely needed to do so. So while the lack of detailed invoice clarity was a small missing piece, the overall process left me feeling assured and comfortable handling my payments going forward.
