Missing a clear, straightforward sequence for accessing core features
Using the software, I hoped for a simple step-by-step journey, especially since I'm more interested in just getting the dialer and database going without too much fuss. Unfortunately, the way the access instructions were structured seemed to jump forward before I was actually ready. The training materials gave some useful details, but the order in which features were introduced didn’t quite match how I wanted to use them. For example, I had to figure out certain setup tasks by trial more than clear guidance. The automatic updates worked fine in the background, so I won’t complain there, but I felt something essential was missing in laying out a sensible path to get up and running quickly. The invoicing and payment steps were clearly handled, at least, which was one relief. A more straightforward and practical route to start with the critical tools would have made the software easier to use early on. At the moment, it feels like you have to piece together the workflow yourself rather than being clearly walked through it.
