Missing a clear step-by-step sequence
I was trying to get the software configured properly but found that the steps provided didn't quite follow a sensible order. It seemed like some parts of the process came before prerequisites were properly addressed. For example, I got access before my account details were fully verified, which led to some confusion and backtracking. On a positive note, once I got through those steps, the interface itself was okay—nothing fancy, but serviceable. Still, the onboarding order left me scratching my head more than once, trying to figure out why I had to jump between different screens rather than a logical flow. It would help if the sequence of actions had a better structure or clearer instructions laid out from the start. That way, people like me wouldn’t waste time wondering what’s next or if we missed something. Overall, while I recognize the software runs and has potential, the weak point is definitely how the access and setup are arranged, which could be smoother for sure.
