Missed a Few Key Features I Needed to Feel Sure
I was excited to try out the WFHI software and had decent expectations from the training and support. However, as the setup progressed, I started feeling less confident using the system. The training materials seemed a bit general and didn’t address some specific features I thought would be important to my workflow. For example, the database organization options were not explained in a way that connected with how I plan to use them. Calls and dialer functions worked alright, but I wasn’t comfortable exploring them alone. I appreciated that customer support was available, but I felt the wait times and back-and-forth made it harder to settle in quickly. Invoicing and payments were clear, so that part was fine. By the end of the initial setup, I realized I still felt uncertain about whether I could rely on the software fully day to day. It was less about the software being bad and more about missing that sense of clarity and confidence, which the training and onboarding processes didn’t provide me fully. So while WFHI has potential, I expected a bit more guidance to feel completely sure and ready.
