Mismatch with my working hours was the main issue
I was hoping the WFHI software would adapt well to my irregular and part-time hours, but it really didn’t fit my schedule. Although the sign-up process was straightforward, once I started using the dialer and setting up workflows, the timing features seemed rigid and not flexible enough for the hours I actually have available. This caused frustration every day when it didn’t sync with my realistic work times. The training sessions touched on this, but I still found it hard to align my workflow properly. Automatic updates didn’t help since they didn’t address this core scheduling mismatch. Overall, the product felt like it was designed for a fixed schedule rather than the variable hours I work.
